Level I, II, III Incidents: Understanding the Scale of Emergency Responses

Level I, II, III Incident: A classification system used by the Incident Command System (ICS) to indicate the level of complexity and resources needed for an incident. Level I incidents are the least complex and require the fewest resources, while Level III incidents are the most complex and require the most resources.
