NFIRS 5.0 Element: ‘Apparatus Arrival Date/Time’
Définition : The actual month, day, year, and time of day when this unit arrived at the incident scene. This is not an elapsed time.
Purpose : The time when a specific unit arrives at the scene is valuable to fire department management because it reflects the actual time spent traveling to the scene of the incident for that type of apparatus or resource. This information is useful in determining response times for specific apparatus, stations, or districts.

Entry : Enter the month, day, year (mm/dd/yyyy), and time that the fire department unit arrived on the scene. If the Arrival date is the same as the Alarm date on the Basic Module (Block E1), check or mark the corresponding box and enter the time the unit arrived.
