NFIRS 5.0 Element: ‘Arrived At Patient Date/Time’
Définition : The time when the fire department’s emergency personnel established direct contact with the patient.
Purpose : This information is needed to analyze time spent providing patient care on the scene of an incident. If the Apparatus/Personnel Module (NFIRS–9/–10) is also used, then this element can document situations when there is a significant delay between the time the response unit arrives on the scene and the time at which personnel can access the patient.

Entry : For each incident, enter the dates (mm/dd/yyyy) and times of day (using the 24-hour clock) when emergency personnel arrived at the patient. Midnight is 0000 and signifies the start of a new day.
