NFIRS 5.0 Element: ‘Personnel Sequence Number’
Definition : The personnel identification number assigned to each emergency responder. The ID number is often the social security number, but it may be any combination of letters and numbers up to nine characters.
Purpose : This information is useful for identifying personnel on specific pieces of apparatus, their level of responsibility, and the actions that they took at the incident.

Entry : Enter the responder’s ID number (left-justify).
