J3 Number of Stories with Damage: Minor — Number of Stories with Damage: Significant — Number of Stories with Damage: Heavy — Number of Stories with Damage: Extreme
K No Flame Spread or Same As First or Unknown
K1 Item Contributing To Spread
K2 Type Of Material Contributing To Spread
L1 Detector Presence
L2 Detector Type
L3 Detector Power
L4 Detector Operation
L5 Detector Effectiveness
L6 Detector Failure Reason
