Rule : This number must be ascending, incrementally 1, beginning with 000 (NOTE: A main fire incident with an exposure of 000 MUST exist in the system before exposures (> 000) are allowed). If Incident Type is not in the 100 series (fires), Exposure Number cannot be greater than zero.
